No Rush
I got to the lake early and sat for maybe a half hour in the lee of some rushes before I got up to take photos. I walked deliberately, slow steps and full breaths, present and alive.
This was my view while sitting.
I've been feeling lately that I need to take more space between things, more sitting.
I liked how the light looked on these fallen leaves.
Walking back instead of thinking of what's next or getting lost in some memory, I was attuned to my surroundings and felt peace.
